Stop chasing unavailable love

Do I need to belong to a specific church?

No. The content is Christian and centered on your relationship with God, without a denomination. Scripture references use public-domain translations.

How much time does it take each day?

10 to 15 minutes. A 3–5 minute reflection, a scripture, a 2–3 minute guided prayer, one journal question and one small practical action.

Is what I write private?

Yes. Your journal is encrypted, and nobody on the team can read what you write — not even in the admin panel. You can delete any entry, or your whole account, at any time.
